Placement Services

Direct Placement
The Johnson Group, Inc. (TJG) provides recruiting services to your company to fill any of your vacant permanent positions. Positions that range from entry level to management level, we have the expertise to find qualified candidates for any of your top hiring priorities.
We work with you to develop a professional relationship in order to determine your needs and expectations. We utilize multiple sources in order to find qualified candidates; we screen every candidate that we present to you to ensure that each candidate has the level of experience and qualifications for the position that needs to be filled. Lastly, we work together to schedule interviews to determine which candidate is the best fit for your office. After you have determined which candidate is the best fit, we work with you to complete the offer for the prospective employee. Once the candidate is hired you pay The Johnson Group, Inc. a fee for our services.

Long and Short Term Temporary Placements
The Johnson Group provides service to our clients who are looking to staff individuals for short or long term projects or special assignments. We gather all of the specifications and requirements that relate to the position you are trying to fill in order to find a qualified candidate. You then interview the candidates and if they meet your expectations you hire them through The Johnson Group, Inc. The Johnson Group, Inc. takes care of the payroll, benefits, and all costs of employment including state and federal taxes, all government reporting such as W-2 forms, unemployment insurance, worker’s comp, etc. Every candidate that we submit to you will be qualified to start work as soon as you need them.

Temporary To Full Time – Permanent
This service allows you to hire a candidate on a contract basis through The Johnson Group, Inc. and then bring them on as a permanent employee with your company. This service allows you to evaluate the candidate’s performance, skills, work habits, and cohesiveness with other members of your staff prior to offering direct employment with your firm. Just as with long and short temporary placements, we handle all of the payroll, benefits, and all costs of employment including unemployment insurance, worker’s comp, etc.

Executive Search

The Johnson Group, Inc. (TJG) provides executive level talent acquisition services for your company’s high level opportunities. Positions include but are not limited to Principals, Studio Leaders, Vice Presidents, CEOs, Senior Business Development positions, Senior Project Managers, Area Managers, etc. We have the ability to surgically search the globe for your needle in the haystack rainmakers. These types of candidates bring tremendous value to your organization.

These types of individuals are extremely difficult to identify and require a special type of recruiting approach. With Executive Search requisitions, we assign one Talent Acquisition Specialist to the position and they work on that position and that position alone until it is filled with the exact individual your are looking for. During the search we provide you weekly updates on the search that include, search activity, candidate short list, etc. Executive Search assignments require a retained search agreement which means you as the client are required to pay a portion of the fee upfront. A second installment is due 30 days after the search is started, and a final installment once the candidate is placed with your organization.
